Like his own collections, Rick Owens’s releases for adidas have always skewed toward the avant garde as the California-born designer has put his own distinct spin on the German giant’s sportswear. Naturally, this season’s Level Runner Low continues the trend. Part of the adidas by Rick Owens Spring/Summer 2017 footwear collection, the kicks appear in a bold geometric look and pair sheep leather uppers with tonal stitching, thick ankle padding, and a massive block that extends up and around the shoe from the sole unit to provide added support.
