For Portland’s Olderbrother, gender-neutral silhouettes; eco-conscious textiles; and heavy metal-, salt-, and toxin-free natural dyes have always been a hallmark of its playful collections and the label’s Fall/Winter 2017 release is no different. Cut, sewn and dyed in Los Angeles, the brand’s latest seasonal release heads back to school with looks perfect for book worms, artists and athletes alike. Marked by deep shades of brown, red and navy, the upcoming drop utilizes the likes of organic coffee and plant-based dyes alongside Japanese textiles like unique blends of wool and paper across everything from suiting and button-downs to ringer tees, turtlenecks and workwear-inspired denim outerwear.
