Continuing his ascent to the top, Lil Uzi Vert drops off a song intended to help soundtrack the lives of his “rockstars” out there. Reconnecting with “Belly” producer DJ Plugg, the Philly artist serves up the hard-hitting “Uppin Downers.” As can be expected by the title, this one is exclusively about hard partying, turning up and the sounds that accompany that fast-paced lifestyle. “That was for my rockstars. I got more dropping today for da basics,” tweeted Lil Uzi. If you find yourself adding the “Money Longer” artist’s songs to your weekend playlists, you’ll probably have this song on replay in the near future.

You can listen to “Uppin Downers” here. Next up, expect the arrival of Luv is Rage 2 in the coming months.
