Unfamiliar Landscapes and Workwear in Carhartt WIP's 2017 Spring/Summer Capsule Collection Lookbook
Featuring Tiger Camo and 90’s American Sport.
For its 2017 collection, Carhartt WIP takes its classic WIP, Carhartt Athletics and CA Squad to the outer edges of Hong Kong where its clothes are juxtaposed with a landscape of diverse shapes, colors, and textures. Design-wise, military training uniforms and comfortable essentials are the focus. Basics are constructed from premium cotton jersey, and feature slogans like “SEARCH AND DESTROY” or Carhartt WIP’s signature “TIGER CAMO” print. Alongside those are a few standout pieces including a Tiger Souvenir jacket which makes use of World World II iconography and traditional Japanese embroidery.
