COMME Des GARÇONS and Junya Watanabe MAN Get the Cosplay Treatment

The newest editorial takes an unusual influence in cosplay and uses standout pieces from the likes of COMME des GARÇONS and Junya Watanabe MAN to showcase an array of Comic-Con inspired styling. The SSENSE shoot uses Avena Gallagher to style the shoot while the piece itself explores the connection between gaming, specifically the RPG genre, and fashion.
The collaborations occured between Acronym and Deus Ex, Vivienne Westwood and Final Fantasy XV as well as the lesser known 2012 collaboration between Arena Homme+ and Final Fantasy XII-2. Take a look through the gallery above to see the shoot for yourself.
