sacai and PORTER Team Up For Another Joint Luggage Capsule
Mixing “hybrid” design with luggage expertise.
With the two brands last working together at the end of 2016, sacai and PORTER have reunited for another capsule. The Fall/Winter 2017 release is influenced by sacai’s “hybrid” design aesthetic and sees the duo of Japanese brands rework two bag styles with new materials and new detailing.
Taking on PORTER’s two-way tote bag and mini shoulder bag, sacai incorporates materials such as heavy-duty grosgrain tape while new elements like gussets and front-pockets are also added. Both bags are available in either khaki or navy, and are finished with detailing including a two-tone strap and subtle sacai branding.
