N.D.G. Studio Showcases 1984 Basketball Silhouette in Bel-Air-Themed Lookbook
Taking Parisian style to one of LA’s most well-known neighborhoods.
Last month, N.D.G. Studio combined loose and narrow styles in the brand’s eighth collection, fittingly-titled “Saison 8.” Adding to the “Saison 8” campaign and drop, the label is back with a special editorial that introduces the new 1984 Basketball sneakers and further showcases its latest offerings.
Available in eight different colorways, the 1984 Basketball silhouette is inspired by the “original” basketball sneakers of the ’80s and features premium materials and high-end construction. Outfitted with a sturdy Margom outsole, the shoes are presented here in black and red and black/white iterations. For the editorial, N.D.G. Studio intended to deliver a Fresh Prince of Bel-Air vibe; the entire photoshoot was conducted in a well-known Los Angeles residence, which calls the Bel-Air neighborhood home. To bring the label’s vision to life, Sadj Oka was employed as its primary model and the photographing talents of Baz were enlisted.
You can take a look at N.D.G. Studio’s latest editorial and new 1984 Basketball silhouette above. Back in September, the label revealed plans for the sleek and minimal “2084” sock sneaker.
