Carhartt WIP's Fall/Winter 2017 Abandons Gimmicks for Wearable Gear
More wardrobe staples from the heritage brand.

Carhartt WIP‘s Fall/Winter 2017 line was most recently seen in an editorial by Japan’s GRIND, but the UK brand has debuted its own lookbook for the collection. The uncomplicated edit places its emphasis squarely on clothing.
Featuring everything from a Fair Isle knit to a colorful souvenir jacket, the range makes use of a primarily muted color palette. Outerwear like a wool work shirt, Sherpa trucker jacket, and fur-hooded coats complements dark hoodies and base layers, most featuring Carhartt tags on the upper chest pocket. Pants include jeans, cargo pants and chinos, all of which offer contemporary slim/straight cuts in line with the brand’s workwear origins. Naturally, Carharrt’s watch cap returns, as does a wool flat brim cap.
The complete line of Carhartt WIP goods are available at stockists and the brand’s website. Meanwhile, Eminem’s new collaboration with the storied label is coming soon.
