Packer Shoes & Solebox Are Next in adidas Consortium's Sneaker Exchange

adidas Consortium‘s Sneaker Exchange is continuing to break the barriers between regions by bringing together retailers that many thought would never join forces. Recently, JUICE collaborated with Footpatrol and now adidas Consortium has revealed the team of New Jersey’s Packer Shoes and Solebox in Berlin. The pack draws inspiration from a point on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge where the Eurasian and American tectonic plates meet, dubbed the Silfra Rift. The forthcoming launch is comprised of the UltraBOOST Mid and the Energy Boost silhouettes, which will both host aquatic aesthetics.
Each sneaker features a Primeknit upper that welcomes designs reminiscent of air bubbles found underwater. The UltraBOOST Mid is presented in a darker shade to reflect the depths of deep waters while its Energy Boost counterpart is showcased in a lighter color that’s complemented by translucent overlays. Each sneaker’s BOOST cushioning appears in white to carry on the pack’s bubbly underwater aesthetic even further.
The adidas Consortium Sneaker Exchange: Packer Shoes x Solebox “Silfra Rift” Pack is slated to launch on November 4 via Packer Shoes and Solebox. The pack will also hit select retailers on November 11.
