Celebrating and honoring one of the world’s greatest cities, Nike has decided to produce a Special Field Air Force 1 Mid for Los Angeles, California.

Fittingly-known as the Nike SF-AF1 Mid “LA,” the Swoosh’s latest addition to the Air Force 1 Mid collection comes in a clean, simple and straightforward white colorway. While one might expect a shoe created for Los Angeles to carry a more flamboyant, bold and adventurous style, Nike’s decision to give the SF-AF1 Mid “LA” a conventional yet timeless look should make it an instant favorite among enthusiasts and casual fans alike. Complementing the white upper are purple and gold accents including a mini Swoosh on the lateral sides and a flower embroidered pattern on the medial.

You can take a look at the Nike’s Special Field Air Force 1 Mid “LA” above, while the sneakers will see release on Thursday, October 12 at only one location: Nordstrom x Nike Century City in Los Angeles.

Previously, Nike crafted a rich black spin on the SF-AF1 Mid for the city of Baltimore, Maryland. Last month, the Swoosh also unveiled an “Orange Quartz” version of the Special Field Air Force 1 Mid.
