Baz Luhrmann Lends His Talents to the ERDEM x H&M Collab

In mid-July, fans of Baz Luhrmann were given a teaser taste of his visual magic for H&M‘s upcoming collaboration with designer Erdem Moralioglu. Now the full short film has released titled The Secret Life of Flowers, set in a large villa in the countryside.
The H&M collection with ERDEM is rare since Moralioglu hasn’t approved partnerships often in the brand’s 12-year span. It will also be one of the elite designer’s first foray into menswear as H&M has requested he offer both men and women’s apparel.
On the short film, Luhrman stated:
“The film should be like a real movie. It is a very modern love story set in a country house full of secrets and represented a metaphor for our times: the world is out there hard and brutal, but in here, the things that are really important to grow in life, in an eternal Spring Forth.”
