White Mountaineering & adidas Originals Debut Their 2017 Spring/Summer Collection
Another season, another stellar collaboration.
White Mountaineering and adidas Originals fail to disappoint yet again, unveiling their latest collaborative range in this new lookbook. For Spring/Summer 2017 the two imprints present a sophisticated blend of high-performance, utilitarianism and contemporary design, that spans across light outerwear, sporting essentials and footwear. Designer Yosuke Aizawa applies his technical expertise and unparalleled attention to detail to classic athletic pieces such as hooded track tops, windbreakers, T-shirts, crew sweats and track pants. Aside from the performance attributes, the garments also boast bold patterns, typeface and pops of color. Perhaps even more impressive is the latest footwear lineup which sees the introduction of new styles such as the NMD Trail, EQT Support Future, Campus and NMD R2. The use of bold aesthetic cues from the apparel line is extended to some of the footwear silhouettes as well, namely the BOOST soled models. The first drop of the adidas Originals by White Mountaineering will see a January release, while the remaining items are scheduled for a later drop in March.
