soe's 2017 Spring/Summer Collection Is Inspired by British Youth Subcultures From the Past
Floral patterns, polka-dots and schoolboy shoes all in one.

Tokyo label soe presents its forthcoming Spring/Summer 2017 collection in a new lookbook. Designer Soichiro Ito has turned to Britain once again for inspiration, this time tapping into some of the country’s youth subcultures from the late ’80s and early ’90s. The use of eye-catching floral patterns, polka dots and athletic stripes in particular stand out, the first of which is applied to a bomber jacket, button-up shirt and long-sleeved T-shirt. Additional highlights include the brand’s cropped shorts, graphic-printed coach jacket, long overcoats and zipper-detailed trousers. In addition, all of the looks are styled with leather shoes as a nod to the British schoolboy. Check out the entire collection above and look for it to hit select retailers in the coming weeks.
