As we reported a couple times last year, the first hour-long episode of The Simpsons‘ historic run is on its way. Billed as a “hip-hop Great Gatsby, The Simpsons forthcoming rap-themed special will feature guest appearances from Common, RZA, Snoop Dogg and others. With the promotional campaign for the new season of The Simpsons in full swing, the first trailer for the Hip Hop Homie episode of the iconic FOX program has surfaced.
In spite of its very lean running time of 30 seconds, the brief new teaser for Hip Hop Homie provides a small glimpse at what we can expect from the episode’s storyline. You can view the new trailer for The Simpsons forthcoming special above.
