On January 20, current president Barack Obama will step down to make way for Donald Trump. But before leaving, he and First Lady Michelle Obama recored a virtual reality tour of The White House. Shot by VR film studio Felix & Paul, the tour went online for Oculus VR headsets and Facebook 360-degree video.

In the clip, viewers are given a tour of the space narrated by Obama himself, stating, “This house belongs to you, and to every American. For eight years, just a short chapter in the long story of our democracy, my family also had the privilege of calling The White House home.” The eight-minute clip is part of a longer version of the film, which will be released in virtual reality later this year. Stay tuned for more details.
