Steven Alan Taps Japanese Textile Mill Nihon Menpu for His New Vans Vault Collection
Suede and cotton twill combine with the classic checkerboard motif.
Steven Alan quietly just released a followup to his corduroy-constructed Vans collab from last year, this time tapping Japanese textile mill Nihon Menpu as he puts his own spin on a trio of classic Vans. Utilizing Vans’s tried-and-true checkerboard motif, the kicks come in clean combinations of black and grey as they pair premium suede with heavyweight cotton twill. Finishing touches includes solid black soles, as well as custom co-branded SA x Vans packaging.
Retailing for $70, $75 and $80 USD, respectively, the limited edition Classic Slip-Ons, Style 36s and Sk8-His are available now via Alan’s website while supplies last.
