UNDERCOVER Drops Chainlink Fence-Covered Backpacks for 2016 Fall/Winter
No, it’s not a mita collab.
Chainlink fence motifs may be mita’s “thing,” but another Japanese stalwart is calling on the pattern for a Fall/Winter 2016 release: UNDERCOVER. Here, designer Jun Takahashi has applied the look to two backpacks for the upcoming season. Hot on the heels of the shepherd UNDERCOVER’s debut, the new mainline designs come in both black and beige and pair the chainlink motif with leather detailing, two exterior pouch pockets, one large main pocket and padded shoulder straps.
Backed in mesh and made in Japan, the bags are available now from stockists like Slam Jam for about $600 USD each.
