This past May, distinguished designer and movie director Tom Ford sold his upcoming revenge thriller Nocturnal Animals to Universal Studios for a whopping $20 million USD. The film recently snagged the Grand Jury Prize at this year’s Venice Film Festival and has premiered a handful of times at the Toronto International Film Festival. The major production house’s specialty films unit Focus Features just unveiled a suspenseful new teaser for the movie—spotlighting Amy Adams as an affluent gallery owner named Susan whose world immediately turns upside down at the arrival of a mysterious manuscript sent by her ex-husband Tony, played by Jake Gyllenhaal.
