This past August, Netflix answered the prayers of crazed Stranger Things fans with a subtle teaser relaying that there will be a second installment to the show. Since then, talks of what’s to come and who will remain in the upcoming season have triggered a slew of prying eyes across the interwebs. Recently, a casting call sheet has surfaced revealing three brand new characters who will join the initial cast for the forthcoming series. Two characters named Max and Roman will join the main cast — Max is recounted as a 13-year-old girl with impressive skateboarding skills while Roman was described as a revenge-seeking character who had an impoverished upbringing with his or her (gender unclear) drug-addicted mother. Last but not least, the third member is a super athletic 17-year-old boy who is Max’s belligerent step-brother, as per the Inquistr.

Moreover, season two looks to cull inspiration from films that were launched sometime in 1984 with Avatar’s James Cameron being the biggest influence on the series as a whole. The Duffer brothers told Entertainment Weekly:

“There’s Temple of Doom, Aliens, Terminator 2. I guess a lot of this is James Cameron. But he’s brilliant. And I think one of the reasons his sequels are as successful as they are is he makes them feel very different without losing what we loved about the original. So I think we kinda looked to him and what he does and tried to capture a little bit of the magic of his work.”

All in all, there are a plethora of things to watch out for in the upcoming season. Take a look at the season two titles below and then let us know your thoughts.

“MadMax”
“The Boy Who Came Back to Life”
“The Pumpkin Patch”
“The Palace”
“The Storm”
“The Pollywog”
