The surprise hit of the summer, Stranger Things, will be returning to your screens sometime next year.
Today, Netflix officially announced that the ode to the suspenseful sci-fi of the ’80s has been renewed for a second season. Both Matt and Ross Duffer, who created the show and wrote the entirety of the first season, are back on board, as are producers Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen. While casting has yet to be confirmed, Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Matthew Modine, Finn Wolfhard, Natalia Dyer, Cara Buono, Charlie Heaton, Noah Schnapp, Millie Brown, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, Joe Chrest, Joe Keery, Rob Morgan, Ross Partridge, Shannon Purser, John Paul Reynolds, Mark Steger and Chris Sullivan all featured in season one.
