Jiro Konami x BlackEyePatch "GIMATAI" Exhibition at BOOKMARC Tokyo

BlackEyePatch is teaming up with acclaimed Japan-based photographer Jiro Konami to launch their “GIMATAI” photo exhibition at Marc Jacobs’ BOOKMARC store in Tokyo. Although Konami’s shooting range predominantly spans magazine, advertising and other commissioned media, the 30-year-old shutterbug heavily delves into portrait photography. Moreover, “GIMATAI” is a popular motorcycle event in Okinawa that features insane bike stunts by professional riders all across the Land of the Rising Sun. The collaboration will presumably showcase Konami’s visuals of these riders from past events alongside specific merchandise from the streetwear label.
