'The Disappointments Room' Is the Horror Movie About the Scary Attic We've All Encountered

One’s dream home has turned into a complete nightmare. In the upcoming film The Disappointments Room, Kate Beckinsale plays Dana, a curious mother, who encounters a secret room hidden in her family’s attic. Throughout her discovery, a series of frightening events occur to her and her son and she stumbles upon a collection of keys where one may unlock the room’s secrets. When the key is eventually found, the room’s terrifying past is revealed.
The Disappointments Room is expected in theaters on September 9.
