Original Grain and Jim Beam Black Link up for an All-American Collaboration

Original Grain and Jim Beam have joined up for a collaboration merging traditional Americana and modern-American design. Giving its Barrel model a makeover, Original Grain has updated the style with several details exclusive to the set which is limited to 500 pieces worldwide. For the special edition, the oak used in Original Grain’s signature wood and steel construction was reclaimed from Jim Beam bourbon barrels — tying both brands together. Collaborative branding on the face of the watch, featuring the OG logo positioned above Jim Beam’s wax seal, sets it apart from the regular version. In addition, to highlight the detail of the 21-jewel Miyota 8215 automatic movement with 40-hour power reserve, a sapphire crystal back has been added to the case.
