This Tuscan Farm Villa Is the Perfect Retreat From the World

Nested in the quaint town of Monteriggioni in Italy’s Tuscany region is the XV Century Farm Villa designed by CMTarchitects. Intended as an artistic tribute to acclaimed Tuscan architect and painter Baldassare Tommaso Peruzzi, the home is the result of attentive restoration of the property’s original furnishings along with the use of contemporary pieces. Covering a spacious 400 square meters in total, the lime-paste treated walls and floor slabs lend themselves well to the naturally oxidized oak parquet of the night zone floors as well as the recovered oak wood furnishings.
