If you were one of the many movie-goers disappointed with Batman v. Superman‘s doom and gloom, The Lego Batman Movie may be more your speed. The animated spin-off film focuses on a noticeably more jocular Bruce Wayne (Will Arnett) and his adopted son, Dick Grayson (played by Michael Cera), as they inevitably form the crime-fighting duo of Batman and Robin; as with any Arrested Development cast reunion, hilarity and adventures naturally ensue. The star-studded cast also features Rosario Dawson as Batgirl, Ralph Fiennes as Batman’s butler-turned-babysitter Alfred Pennyworth, Zach Galifianakis as The Joker and—wait for it—Mariah Carey as Gotham mayor Marion Grange. Siri even makes a cameo as Batman’s computerized assistant in the trailer above.
The Lego Batman Movie is slated for release sometime in February 2017.
