COMME des GARÇONS Homme Plus & George Cox Debut Two Black Leather Creepers
Flashy footwear would be an understatement.

The team at COMME des GARÇONS‘ Homme Plus line has linked with celebrated English shoemaker George Cox for their first-ever collaboration that made its debut during the COMME des GARÇONS Homme Plus 2016 fall/winter “Armour of Peace” fashion show.
Imagined by Rei Kawakubo and brought to life by Cox, the collection is comprised of two exclusive models of the brand’s new creepers (remember the George Cox x wings+horns creepers?). With both versions characterized by their all-black leather uppers and thick, prominent soles, the high-top version comes flanked by provocative cutouts around the ankle and detailed with leather straps and metal eyelets for a more statement option. It’s been a strong year in footwear for the label, who earlier this summer debuted its own luxe pair of Nike Dunk Highs.
The George Cox x COMME des GARÇONS Homme Plus creepers will be available to the public via Dover Street Market and COMME des GARÇONS later this month, priced at $520 USD for the Highs and $450 USD for the Lows.
