Following London Collections Men, Florence’s own Pitti Uomo has kicked off in earnest. A four-day extravaganza of menswear, this season’s showing saw Gosha Rubchinskiy invited by Pitti Immagine to exhibit, thus explaining the droves of estranged post-Soviet skinheads roaming the cobblestoned streets of the city. Otherwise, the summery weather saw Pitti’s peacocks (the subject of this hilarious mockumentary) strut their florals, in contrast to more ascetically-minded workwear types in their one-piece jumpsuits. Check out the slideshow above and stay tuned for more coverage from Italy in the next few days.
