Crystal Pepsi Is Making a Comeback This Summer
Get your hands on this limited 90s-era soda.

After having recently announced that it will relaunch the aspartame-sweetened Diet Pepsi, the multinational food and refreshment corporation just revealed to AdvertisingAge that its Crystal Pepsi retro soda will soon hit store shelves this summer. The fizzy clear beverage initially debuted in 1992, but PepsiCo withdrew it from the market in 1994.
A few devoted fans also managed to get their hands on the soft drink when it returned for a short period of time (less than two days) last December, but now it’s making another comeback starting July 7 in Canada and August 8 in the United States. To further supplement the company’s retro play move, PepsiCo will also launch a video game called “The Crystal Pepsi Trail” — drawing inspiration from “The Oregon Trail” — on an unnamed, exclusive website. If you missed out on the previous run, the Crystal Pepsi will apparently be sitting pretty in your supermarket for eight weeks. Are you going to cop?
