A story following the first human born on Mars.
Putting humans on Mars has been a topic explored by scientists, science fiction writers, and even fashion designers for years. Taking a slightly different angle in the humans-to-Mars storyline, the upcoming film The Space Between Us follows the life of a boy who was unexpectedly born on the way to the red planet. Sixteen years later, the boy contacts a girl from Earth, and makes his way to see her — a complicated situation, since his zero gravity birth theoretically means his body will not be strong enough to survive the trip.
