Netflix has unveiled the official trailer for The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep, an animated feature that delves deeper into the rich universe of Andrzej Sapkowski‘s beloved series. This new installment takes Geralt of Rivia on a thrilling journey filled with mystery, ancient grudges and high-stakes conflict.
Written by The Witcher writers Mike Ostrowski and Rae Benjamin, with Lauren Schmidt Hissrich as producer, the film is based on the short story A Little Sacrifice. The plot follows Geralt, the iconic mutated monster hunter, as he investigates a series of violent attacks in a seaside village. What begins as a routine inquiry soon unravels a centuries-old feud between humans and merpeople. With tensions threatening to boil over into full-scale war, Geralt must navigate fragile alliances, enlist both trusted allies and new companions and uncover the truth before it’s too late.
