Maison Kitsuné unveils its inaugural footwear line with styles for both men and women. Staying true to its Franco-Japanese heritage, creative directors and founders Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki said, “The launch of a footwear collection was a natural step in our development,” they continue on to say, “With it, we wanted to offer wardrobe essentials that were masculine and feminine as well as chic and laidback.” The first drop will include four signature models: a unisex bicolor penny loafer, a men’s lace up boot, a women’s ankle boot and a glazed Mary Jane pump. All four are constructed from premium Italian leather and will retail for $450 to $650 USD, available online and in-stores May 2.
