The former Vietnamese capital of Saigon, also known as Ho Chi Minh City, has always evoked a certain Oriental romanticism with its unique blend of Indochinese culture and its French colonial influences. On a recent trip to Saigon, filmmaker Rufus Blackwell tested out the new Osmo stabilized camera produced by DJI — of drone-making fame — by filming the city at warp speed all the while weaving in and out of Vietnam’s infamously congested traffic.
