New Era Unveils 1980s-Inspired Heritage Collection

A six-piece headwear collection from New Era celebrates every detail of the caps worn by the chosen teams’ baseball players in the 1980s. Arriving in stores on March 4, the 1980 Collection celebrates a momentous year in baseball when world records were broken and the World Series welcomed two teams who had never competed in the final before. The Philadelphia Phillies claimed victory against the Kansas City Royals, whilst the Houston Astros, New York Yankees, Montreal Expos and Oakland Athletics completed the rest of the semifinal rounds.
