A Look at the BEAMS T x Goodhood x Yu Nagaba 2016 Collaboration

In the run up to this year’s spring/summer season, BEAMS sub-division BEAMS T has teamed up with esteemed Japanese illustrator Yu Nagaba and London’s very own Goodhood to release a seven T-shirt capsule collection aside a supportive body of twelve unique artworks. Renowned for previous endeavors with the likes of POPEYE magazine and Panasonic, Tokyo-based Yu Nagaba has successfully translated his charmingly minimal style into a selection of rich illustrations with an undertone of deep, cultural understanding. With each composition illustrating a different story and set of external influences, the full project is set to launch March 10 at Goodhood’s East London location, 5:30 p.m. local time.
