Coming soon from Netflix is the streaming platform’s latest original series: The Characters. Hot on the heels of Judd Apatow’s upcoming Love, The Characters marks a foray into sketch comedy and will see eight different comedians — Kate Berlant, Dr. Brown, Paul Downs, John Early, Lauren Lapkus, Tim Robinson, Natasha Rothwell and Henry Zebrowski — each getting their own episode of the series and playing an array of hilarious characters. “What was once reserved for sketch festivals and comedy clubs can now be enjoyed in your living room,” says Netflix.

All eight episodes of the inventive series will premiere March 11.
