Nike recently offered an in-depth tour of its Portland, Oregon headquarters, highlighting the sneaker giant’s workspace and employee perks. Some highlights features include walls of monochromatic sneakers, a rock climbing area, expansive lounging spaces, the Department of Nike Archives and an employee pool. But, the most standout aspect of Nike’s headquarters is its Blue Ribbon Studio, which is essentially an arts and crafts room for employees to express themselves. Stocked with 3D printers, laster cutters and googly eyes, the Nike headquarters show an understanding of a non-traditional workspace concept.
