But he spits the hardest when he raps in his own voice.

Continuing to showcase his skills outside of comedy, Jay Pharoah stopped by DJ Whoo Kid’s Whoolywood Shuffle program to flex his abilities as a freestyle emcee. Spitting for 15 minutes, Pharoah served up impersonations of Jay Z, The Weeknd and Eminem for the Shade 45 program’s Christmas special. However, when he decided to rhyme in his own voice, Pharoah put on a show that’s just as lit as his artist impressions. If he plays his cards right, the SNL comedian might just have some sort of future in music.

You can check out Jay Pharoah’s rounds of bars for DJ Whoo Kid and The Whoolywood Shuffle above. For more, check out Pharoah’s take on Kevin Hart, Dave Chappelle and other superstar comedians here.
