BAPE Brings Its Shark Motif to the MA-1
One of BAPE’s signature looks comes to an iconic flight jacket.
November saw BAPE applying its tried-and-true shark motif to bags and footwear alike. Now, for December, the Japanese mainstay is bringing the design to the iconic MA-1. Featuring the flight jacket’s prototypical nylon construction, the release adds beloved usual shark pattern to the front of the piece and comes with the motif’s usual tiger and varsity letter accompaniments.
Retailing for ￥49,800 JPY (approximately $432 USD), the jacket will be available in-store and online soon in a trio of colorways.
