Saturdays NYC Is Opening Another Flagship in Australia
The New York-based menswear imprint heads to Melbourne.

Just last year, Big Apple-based menswear imprint Saturdays NYC opened the doors to a brand new flagship in Osaka. Now, a little more than a year later, it’s already set its sights on another location and is set to open up shop in Melbourne later this month. Saturdays’ second Australian location (it opened one on Sydney’s Bondi Beach last winter), the 800-square-foot Melbourne spot will be designed by Akin Creative — who also helmed the Bondi design — and will feature all of the Saturdays wares fans know and love, not to mention coffee from Sydney’s own Artificer and Melbourne’s Everyday Coffee. Said Saturdays NYC co-founder Colin Tunstall:
We love coming to Australia. Melbourne offers a different feeling than other parts of the country that we have visited thus far. The busy streets like Bourke reminded us a little of New York City. The appreciation for good coffee and the similar aesthetics made us feel like this would be a great fit.
The Melbourne spot is set to open November 30.
