A Huge Collection of Archival Helmut Lang Pieces Are Going on Sale
Here’s your chance to cop some rare Helmut Lang pieces.

A collection of vintage Helmut Lang from the 1990s up until the designer’s departure from his namesake brand in 2005 is going up for sale. In a project called “HELMUT LANG: ARTIFACTS,” Resurrection Vintage is putting up some of the legendary designer’s most iconic looks, such as the metallic flash shirt that opened the brand’s 1994 fall/winter show, alongside a variety of bags, jewelry and accessories. The pieces from this era are particularly rare, especially since Lang shredded around 6,000 of his designs to create column-like sculptures for his Make It Hard exhibition. HELMUT LANG: ARTIFACTS will go on sale at Resurrection Vintage stores in New York and Los Angeles, and then online on November 15.
