Stance Celebrates the 10th Anniversary of J Dilla's Iconic 'Donuts' Album
Paying tribute to a cultural icon.
On February 7, 2006, just three days before his untimely passing, J Dilla released Donuts to critical acclaim, and 10 years later, it still holds weight among the ever-evolving sounds of hip-hop. As a homage to this classic LP, Stance has dropped a limited-to-1,000 pairs of socks featuring a donut dipping into the toe and “Dilla” written above the ankle. Retailing for $16 USD with proceeds going directly to J Dilla’s estate, Stance’s “Donuts” sock will be available on February 5 at Stance.com and in select streetwear and sneaker outlets worldwide.
