Packer x Starter "Coming to America" Collection Starring Action Bronson & Meyhem Lauren

Whether or not you’re a native of New York, the film Coming to America rings a bell for a majority of people who love a good comedy. The 1988 classic, starring Eddie Murphy and Arsenio Hall, captured the pure essence of New York as the two pieces of royalty traveled across the globe to the Big Apple in order to find Prince Akeem’s (Eddie Murphy) queen to be. To pay homage to the classic, Packer Shoes has teamed up with Starter to recreate the tourist experience shared by the film’s two characters. New York Jets and Mets jackets will be releasing and have been shared via a lookbook starring NY natives Action Bronson and Meyhem Lauren as the scene of Prince Akeem and Semmi (Arsenio Hall) discovering New York City is recreated. Take a look at the lookbook above and expect the offering to be available at Packer Shoes on January 23.
