Dries Van Noten 2016 Fall/Winter Collection
The Antwerp Six OG marries psychedelia with the military.
Belgian designer Dries Van Noten unveiled his upcoming fall collection with myriad looks inspired by both military signifiers and the psychedelic counterculture alike, going so far as to fuse the two for trippy surplus-inspired outerwear. The Antwerp Six member also introduced velour varsity jackets, all-over print topcoats, and pants that ranged in fit from stovepipe-thin to relaxed and baggy. The wartime regalia and fractal psychedelia play off of fur stoles for some of the more intricate and ornate looks we’ve seen from Paris Fashion Week thus far.
