Thanks to last season’s collab with NEIGHBORHOOD and its ongoing partnership with White Mountaineering’s Yosuke Aizawa, contemporary snowboarding apparel is alive and well at Burton. Now the iconic Burlington-based outfit is back with the latest rendition of its Aizawa-led BURTON THIRTEEN range. Artfully shot in the backcountry, the imprint’s upcoming collection eschews the olive- and navy-driven color palette of this year’s spring/summer collection and instead opts for black, grey and red throughout. Highlighted by custom prints across jackets, pullovers and beanies alike, the collection includes graphic tees, stretch shells, bibs, vests and more while employing technical details like Dermizax fabric, water-repellent polyester, PrimaLoft padding, 800FP 90/10 goose down, YKK zippers, fully taped seams, Velcro closures and engineered articulation.
Bookended with a patterned snowboard and a 30L backpack, the Fall/Winter 2016 BURTON THIRTEEN drop will be available at select stockists later this year.
