One Small Step for Man, One "Giant Leap" for BAIT and Saucony

Teaming up with Saucony, BAIT is soon to release a special “Giant Leaps” Shadow 5500 model inspired by NASA’s continuous innovation and the thought of pursuing one’s own dreams. Part of BAIT’s “Cruel World Series,” the project’s aim is to support the Follow Your Dreams organization which helps disabled youth pursue their dreams. The chosen canvas for this project is the Saucony Shadow 5500, which is a combination of the 5000 and 6000 silhouettes complemented with a moon landing theme. Throughout the shoe you’ll see a mix of various materials that aim to remove excess weight from the Shadow 5500. Additionally, 3M detailing is found throughout the shoe as well as a NASA labeling on the tongue and photography of the Earth and Moon on each insole. The shoe also rests on a speckled midsole and an icy outsole for its finishing touch. The “Giant Leaps” BAIT x Saucony 5500 will retail for $120 USD and will officially be available on January 30 at all BAIT locations and online via raffle.
