Ettore 971 Limited Edition Villas Are Inspired by Bugatti Automobiles
Classic. Curvaceous. Powerful.

Luxury real estate developer Damac Properties recently released a series of limited edition villas dubbed “Ettore 971.” The name was created by combining the name of the founder of Bugatti with the international dialing code of Dubai, which is where the villas are located. The architecture adheres to Bugatti’s design aesthetic allowing people to experience the brand in a whole new way. The villas come with seven bedrooms, glass feature walls, and an indoor vehicle space allowing owners to admire their luxury vehicles from the comfort of their living room. Set to retail for $10 million USD, the properties form part of the Akoya Oxygen development that will overlook the Trump World Golf Club.
