Expected to be revealed on Wednesday’s event, Apple has been in the works revamping its Apple TV device. According to a New York Times tip, this time around the Cupertino tech giant is refocusing the TV’s functions onto gaming. Through unnamed sources, the new Apple TV is expected to retail around $150 USD and will include a new remote and controller that can be used for games bought through the App Store. If this report is true, then Apple is surely going after the gaming market, possibly targeting casual gamers who don’t need a high-end console such as an Xbox or PlayStation.
