Another strong collection of elegant sportswear presented in typically mysterious style.
Contemporary Danish brand Han Kjøbenhavn presented another fantastic runway show during this year’s Copenhagen fashion week in the usual obscure manner that has become their statement throughout past presentations. By detracting away from the beauty of the model and applying focus to the spectacle of its finally crafted clothes, Han Kjøbenhavn has continually introduced concealing head pieces with this year’s coming in the form of ripped stockings. Though seemingly lifeless and haunting, the collection follows the brand’s elegant sporting appeal and is presented across a selection of technical fabrics in shades of military green, burnt orange, navy and white. Unlike past collections where graphical insignia could be seen across most pieces, this season has opted to focus on the subtle details within selected materials and can be seen from examples of finely striped shorts to stitched panel camouflage.
