'Halo Wars 2' Official Trailer
The battle for humanity wages on.
The first Halo Wars, released back in 2009, found human soldiers duking it out aboard the Spirit of Fire warcraft while defending humanity from the Covenant. This premise is picked back up in Halo Wars 2, which was just announced today by Microsoft at the 2015 edition of gamescom. While details of the plot are of yet unknown, the above trailer finds our beloved soldiers in an uphill battle against the Covenant, well awoken from the cryonic sleep stages that concluded the first edition. Check out the trailer above and look for the game to drop on Xbox One and Windows 10 in Fall 2016.
