Located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles is Formerly Yes, a husband-and-wife-helmed minimal home store. Right across from the Ace Hotel, Formerly Yes aims to offer items for the space-conscious individual. The couple first lived on a sailboat after getting married, bestowing upon them a sense of space conservation and how to best use space efficiently. With the mantra “buy less, but better,” the store started from a webstore with its new brick and mortar location opening last month.
